Terms and Conditions

Any request for cancellation of orders once dispatched shall not be entertained.

Abayahood provides a return option only in the following cases:

​

  • Order cancellation request made prior to shipment

​

  • Damaged or Faulty Product(s)

​

  • The product or products that were delivered did not match your order.​

​

While we make efforts to ensure that product colors displayed are true to the actual product, we cannot guarantee an exact color match due to variations in lighting and computer screens. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be provided based on color discrepancies.

Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed after the product is returned to us.

​

To return products damaged in transit or in the case of a wrong product delivery, please contact customer support via email at support@abayahood.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Return requests made after 48 hours will not be accommodated.

​

Postage charges for returning products will not be refunded, and only the original amount paid for the returned items will be refunded.

​

A processing fee of 2.5%, excluding taxes, will be charged for the cancellation of prepaid orders before dispatch. This fee will be waived if the product cannot be dispatched due to a fault on the part of Abayahood (e.g., out of stock products).

​

Refunds for undelivered items will only be processed upon confirmation that the product was not delivered, and you opt for a refund without expressing interest in any other product.
